Swung my Jr. Bruiser tonight with some chinups and it felt great! I've been swinging 15 LBers on lunch breaks and after a time my body seemed to crave grater resistance and this two-handed little beast hit the spot. Awhile back i googled clubbells and Mark Sisson's review of said popped up which led me to MDA. Funny how things work.... Anyone else swing clubs out there and opinion(s)?
