          What I loved most about this video was that fact that it portrayed the reality of exercise and weight loss. There will be set backs along the way but those who are successful keep going regardless.

                  Yeah, this guy had many opportunities to just "accept his fate" but he didn't, that's what makes his life really so remarkable. My favorite part is when he says that just because he can't do something today, it doesn't mean he won't ever be able to. So many people are stuck in the "I can't" mentality, it's frustrating.

                  Also, I wish doctors would stop telling people they won't be able to do things, unless it's absolutely clear that it would be an impossibility.
                  I used to seriously post here, now I prefer to troll.
