  • 10 pull ups per hour?

    will I benefit by doing this as a set every hour for 5 or 6 sets to hit the muscles?

    Set one as many as you can
    Set two as many as you can
    Set three as many as you can
    Do between 3 and 5 sets
    If you want to do assisted on the last set go for it.
    Once you get up to 10 reps find ways to make them harder, close grip, sling a towel over the bar so one hand is lower than the other, grab the bar with one hand your wrist with the other etc....you will get there.

    If pullups are you go you could choose them to "grease the goove" Set up a bar where you pass though and do a pullup every time you in or out of the room.

        Your idea sounds a bit like a one day grease the groove. You almost always benefit from doing work - in short focused sessions or spread out. I believe a focused session will get you better results though.

              oh I like the idea of grease the groove, think I might start doing 20 push ups every time I go for a wizz

                Don't do them all the time all day as you suggest because you will fuck your shoulders or your elbows up.

                Do them every other day 3 to 5 set as many as you can do.
