  • Quick Post... 3 Favorite Exercises at the Gym

    Looking for people to brag about their 3 favorite exercises at the gym.

    List any exercise that doesn't involve a cardio machine. This can be anything from a crossfit workout, trx, body weight, legs, upper body, abs, back, arms... Whatever you want except no cardio machines.

    Mine are as follows:

    Pushups
    Overhead squats
    Flutter Kicks

      Dead lift , handstand pushups, mastering muscle ups(includes weight vest pull ups, high pulls and jumping muscle ups)

            3. Seeing how far I can kick a bosu ball across the gym (keeping it real along with jyac)
            People too weak to follow their own dreams will always try to discourage others.

                        Kettlebell overhead snatch! I just feel so alive when I do it!
                        Chin-up. Always get a kick out of my chin flying over that bar. Wish pull-ups were as easy.
                        Bench Press. Finally get to lie down after all the squats and rows....

                              1. Back Squats - The king of the heavy compound lifts
                              2. Pull Ups - Best back and bicep movement IMO
                              3. Dips - It's called the upper body squat for good reason.
