  • So who else is in...

For the Memorial Day Murph. Get in a bad-ass workout, honor a hero, and support a good cause.

I'm in. I won't officially register (I be po' until I get a new job), but I'll give it my all.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, steak in one hand, chocolate in the other, yelling "Holy F***, What a Ride!"

I did this workout on Easter Friday, man it was tough, but I finished 15 mins before I thought I would (54 mins), I did enjoy it though.

That's understandable. It's just cool to honor his memory and what he did.

That sounds like a good time to me. I did a very modified and scaled back version today. 2 mile, 20 pull ups, 80 push ups, 100 squats. took about a half hour. It was raining and the vff's were soaked. they were rubbing my feet raw as the slipped, so i'll have to keep that in mind for the future.

oh yes, vibrams in the rain, are not a good plan lol. I take mine off if I have to run in the rain.
I did my pullups with a band though.
I broke it down like this:
          25 pullups
          20 pushups
          30 squats
4 rounds of this, then 6 rounds of:
          20 pushups
          30 squats.

You are able to break down these however you want to.
I didn't want to do too many rounds of pullups, since I had to get in and out of the band, which is a pain at times.

          Goodluck with it!
