(This is my first post-- I'm a 19 year old college student and I've been following this blog for a few weeks)
Dancing is one of my favorite things to do. I generally have 4 or 5 hours of hip-hop dance classes a week, as well as some slower types such as ballet, ballroom. Hip-hop is extremely aerobic and it does leave me hungry, although usually energized too. I'm wondering if this would be considered "over training"? Should I start doing more strength training? Yoga?
