Not so much a shake but a pudding. It's not the same every time but here are ingredients I use

          Shredded coconut

Coconut or almond milk sweetened with stevia

          Flax Seeds

          Chia seeds

          Whey protein concentrate/isolate

          Raw eggs

          Raw pumpkin seeds

          100% raw cocoa

          Cinnamon

A little dried fruit and some fresh berries.

Mash at it with a spoon until puddingy and NOM NOM. I used to add psyllium husk but now I am seeing the evils of superfluous fiber. Although psyllium was good for adding to the bulk.

Stabbing conventional wisdom in its face.

Through the week I usually make a smoothie between my workout and leaving for work.

1/2 to 1 cup of water

              1 scoop of whey protein

              2-3 eggs

              1/2 of fruit (optional)

Usually I go with blueberries & chocolate whey, or apples & vanilla whey (with apple pie spices.)

Frozen blueberries, Chocolate protein, cinnamon, flaxseed oil and heavy cream. Freeze it just a little, and it's like dessert.

                  Frozen peaches (or other fruit)

                  Coconut milk

                  Whey powder or egg powder

                  Stevia

It's in the morning - I don't like to eat much of anything until noon or so.

                    1-2 Tbsp CM

                    1/2 - 3/4 scoop protein powder

                    ~ 12 oz water

Trying to use up the sweetened protein powder so I can buy the unsweetened. For now I cut the sweet taste with a little instant espresso powder.

                      I recommend primalclubber's shake.

Sometimes I like to shake things up...throw some ice in a blender with some water and make a water icee...

                          equal parts

                          - water

                          - coconut milk

                          - pineapple juice

                          - 30g unsweetened Whey isolate powder from TrueProtein.com

                          - 2.5g Creatine Monohydrate

I have the other 2.5g of the Creatine earlier in the day... a full 5g at once tends to hurts my stomach.

Am I the only one who DOESN'T do shakes? I find that that aren't satisfying at all when it comes to hunger, and I simply can't stomach most protein powders. Just curious.

@Primal Jak, I personally do protein shakes solely to get protein after a workout, but that's definitely CW that I still haven't shaken off since I think I eat enough protein and don't need the supplement. Once I finish the tub I may not buy more.

                              Mine is

                              1 scoop whey

                              h20

                              coconut milk

                              roughly

                              25g protein

                              3g sugar

                              4g carb

Umm that's not accounting for the 1/4 coconut milk...

I used to seriously post here, now I prefer to troll.
