      Other various exercises.


      Then 1.5 hours of Kali.

        low row hammer machine 230 lbs for 22 seconds

        leg press 610 lbs for 40 seconds.

                      2 rounds, 1 minute each of: thrusters, box jumps, sumo high pulls, squat thrusts, row


                      3 rounds of snatches with 5 burpees per round


                      Sprints, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off: 9 MPH, increasing then decreasing incline


                      3 rounds of pikes

                      2 rounds of plank ups

                            I RESTED yesterday and skipped the shred


                            this morning i got up and did the following until form was compromised: 20mins

                            -pike ups

                            -SLR with arms in overhead press position with 5lb weights

                            -squat and press with the weights

                            walking lunges

                            -faux discus throw

                            -side to side/overhead arm swings with plie squat

                            -sit ups


                            some ashtanga yoga later for 20mins

                              gym tonight for sprints on treadmill but a more important and exciting mission for this evening, the purchase of a sledgehammer as i must shovelglove!!!
