Great post Al, and true class as always. I want to grow a big bushy beard in reaction to your "face thing" though...
If you are new to the PB - please ignore ALL of this stuff, until you've read the book, or at least http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101/ and this (personal fave): http://www.archevore.com/get-started/

Thanks! I've been getting a lot of positive feedback on the beard!

Al, I hate your beard... and that's entirely based on jealousy.

Is there a rough ETA on the paperback version?

            Home pull up bar

Al, congratulations on the book. I've looked at a few of your Tompkins Square Park videos, and now I regret not starting on pull ups when I lived on E 13th.

My local playgrounds have bars I've been using, but since I'm always watching a toddler when I'm there and the bars are not nearly high enough for me to hang from, I'm bolting one to the wall of my apartment. Is there one you recommend for home use?

(Oh, and I bought Raising the Bar at DragonDoor.com Monday night)

Thanks! I think any sturdy, well-mounted bar will be sufficient for home use. It ain't rocket science!

I don't suppose you have any idea when the paperback book will be available to the dragondoor international resellers Al? Being british sucks sometimes, I'll just have to wait. I too love actual books, having a kindle version just isn't right somehow.

I have a few extra copies of the book laying around, so I can sell you one directly and ship it to you if you like. PM me if you're interested.

Appreciate the offer Al, but looking into shipping it still looks like it'd be pretty pricy. I think I'll just patiently wait until the dragondoor uk distributor is stocking it. I think I'll ping them an e-mail about it.

Edit: Having gone to e-mail them about it I've noticed they've already got it in stock . Shipping costs 3.50 rather than 20 via dragondoor (with the possibility of being taxed on top) and I've got 164 reward points for my purchase too. No idea what I can do with them but still.

On another note Al, liking the site redesign.
