  • What's the best sprinting routine?

    I currently do 6 x 20 seconds, 2x a week. And some random 30 second sprints throughout the week. Is this a good routine? Could I do better?

    Routine looks fine.

    You can introduce variety by changing any variables:

    - time
    - hills
    - weighted vest
    - distance
    - surface (sand, dirt, pavement, track)
