            WOD 2/6:

            ~3-4hrs in-town biking

            WOD 2/7:

            Ab Work

            Weighted Lunges (#24)

            Box Jumps

            ~60min. Beach/Trail Biking

            Think I'm gonna start doing HIIT twice a week in the morning before class. . . Seem to have the most drive then for some reason. . . Weight lifting on alternate days sounds good. . . Get back in a routine, I'm lagging lagging lagging......

                2 hour intermediate vinyasa yoga class at Baron Baptiste. I got to work on my tripod headstand for a while, which was great.

                  I've been off the WOD grid for two weeks. I went snowboarding in Nagano. First time for me. Took a lesson and practiced on the hills. Absolutely loved it. But now I have sciatica down my left leg. All workouts have stopped. Very depressing. I'm getting acupuncture treatments for it. Any tips on how best to recover? Miss you guys.

                    My new goal is to be able to complete all the prescribed Crossfit met-cons. Tougher than I thought! I forgot what it was like to PUSH IT!

                    "Ryan" WOD:

                    7 muscle-ups (subbed with 3 jumping pull-ups + 3 chair dips)

                    21 burpees

                    5x=20:35

                    ~30-40mins. aerobics class

                    I just realized I had only been doing 7 "real" muscle-ups instead of 21. Wouldn't have made it otherwise, that's for sure...

                    ..We've missed you too, Godzilla What is sciatica?

                      rest day (thus far) from the sprinting yesterday. Might throw in a ladder set of pull-ups at lunch.

                              This morning - deadlift, bench press. Walked two miles to work. Just walked around 3 miles in my lunch break. Will walk two miles home.
