I've been off the WOD grid for two weeks. I went snowboarding in Nagano. First time for me. Took a lesson and practiced on the hills. Absolutely loved it. But now I have sciatica down my left leg. All workouts have stopped. Very depressing. I'm getting acupuncture treatments for it. Any tips on how best to recover? Miss you guys.
