  • I HATE cardio

    I absolutely hate running. I love long walks and I've got no problem with sprinting and weight training though. I know mark advices against cardio but is it really completely unneccesary to sometimes run for 20 mins?

    It is unnecessary, especially if you have both higher and lower intensity work covered.

      You just said you absolutely hate it!! Do some high intensity weight training and some high intensity interval training such as sprinting, then do the long walks you love doing as well as any other lower intensity activity. In short move a lot. There is no reason to run then. If you really WANT to run on occasion then do it!

          If you like running run, if you don't don't. Sprint, walk, lift heavy and play- life is too short to go around doing something you don't enjoy.
          Eating primal is not a diet, it is a way of life.

            do some hit stuff like sprinting and some heavy lifting. then make sure you go for plenty of walks. or ride a bike. biking is infinitely more enjoyable than running

              I hate running too. Other forms of cardio I don't mind as much but I have just NEVER been able to get into running long distances.
