  • Eating more?

    Hey guys, quick question about this. I workout anywhere from 2-3x a week for around 45 minutes. I usually do HIIT type workouts. Do I need to eat more food in order to gain more muscle? Or is that just a myth?

    What protocol are you doing? That is arguably the biggest factor. That sounds like a lot of time and workouts for HIIT.

    To add large amounts of muscle, yes you would need to eat more.

      If your workout is 45 minutes long, it's not high enough intensity.

      Yes, you may need to eat more to build muscle, depending on what you are currently eating.
