I would like to get P90x results but I can't do over 1 hour a day 6 days a week. Can I get the same results with the primal blueprint diet and fitness plan

The PB way of eating will get you 80% of the way there.

Personally, I find the PB fitness plan way more sustainable than any of the daily videos. Progress might be a little slower, but I don't get burned out, don't get injured, and don't have to listen to the same jokes day after day.

This prety much nails it. It is my belief that PX 90 is too demanding so people either do fully do it or try it and quit after a couple of weeks and get discouraged. With PB, Mark says what makes sense. Move slowly often lift heavy things, occaisionally sprint. If you are tired, take it easy. It is a long term strategy. It shows some results quickly and some over time. The results are meant to last. It is the easiest plan to stay on I've ever seen.

P90X also has 10 Minute Trainer. My wife does two 10 Minute Trainer sessions and they are tough.
