    Move Slowly - ramble on my snowy forest trails for an hour.


    I'd left the house planning to warm up on the trail and then do some sprints, but it was a pleasant day in the forest and the slow jogging on the trail felt great. My intuition told me that today just wasn't the day to sprint, so I ditched the sprints and just stretched out the jog.

      after 2.5 years I can finally do about 90% of the CrossFit Wods unscaled. Lately I have been focusing on my weak points:


      Snatches

      Hand Stand Push-Ups

      Muscle Up Training (Ring Pull-ups, and Ring dips)

      Overhead Squats

      Low-Bar Squats


      Most of my issues are flexibility issues and I try to throw in O-lifts after the WOD just to stretch me out.

        WOD:


        SUNSHINE!! Man, I am addicted. Once those temps get back up to sixty I am OUT THERE!


        Running

        Sprinting

        25x4 Squats

        8x4 Elevated Pushups

        ~35mins.


        Moving equipment

        Painting

        ~60-90mins.

            90 minute MMA Class:

            Run/Lateral run

            Shrimps, push ups, crunches

            grappling

            HIIT circuit (boxing, squat jumps with med ball, knees, pick up/throw down heavy bag, combo punches with roundhouse)

              day 3 of p90x..going to do shoulders/arms and ab ripper X...im very sore! but it feels good

                Jogged to the gym.

                Lifted free-weights for 35 minutes.

                Jogged back home.


                (it was only ten minutes of joggin', total)

                    yesterday was rest.


                    this morning i did 30 day shred. can i just say that plank jacks are rough at 630am? sweat-fest.

                      30 minutes move slowly on the trail then back home for 8 X 20/10 sprints on the stationary cycle.
