today was Pullups, inverted rows, chest presses, squats, lunges, decline pushups & spiderman pushups. onto cardio which was 15 minutes of speed intervals on bike followed by same on step mill.

on my lunch hour a long walk outside in the NY burbs sunshine.

Lolly, that workout is killer! I added some pistols and incline push-ups just to give it a little more vomit factor.

I do that one and the TT Upperbody 10x10 on a very regular basis. Love bodyweight training! Can't wait for my copy of 'Convict Conditioning' to arrive.

      I grok, therefore I am.

Lolly, just out of curiosity, how many circuits of the crazy 8 do you do - or do you do it for time?

3 circuits. the only thing i cut back on are the spiderman pushup reps. my RA wrists only let me do 6 per side (so far, i'm trying for more). i move between exercises quickly and only take the 1 minute rest between circuits. in fact, i think i added extra burpees because i like them.

i keep forgetting to time how long the 3 circuits take me. i want to tho.

i poached it off of youtube and follow his instruction from that video. i'm torn about actually paying for tt, do you? is it worth it?

I wouldn't pay for TT... Isn't it like 40 bucks? The web offers SO much free stuff! Crossfit.com has GREAT free demonstrations of all the exercises you need to know.

                WOD:

                Pullups/chinups

                Weighted squats

                Weighted lunges

                Pushups

My back and neck hurt BAD when I add weight. When I bend over and let me neck and arms dangle, it's like a rush of ACHE down the middle of my spine. I think this is why my repetitions are suffering. Man it is ANNOYING! Chiropractor next Monday... Anybody have luck with them? I have all this energy but can't lift heavy things and it's FRUSTRATING!

Saturday: we were supposed to go climbing, but ended up taking a road trip to complete a Craigslist purchase of a Lemond bike. Unexpected rest day followed by many rounds of pool.

@lolly - I haven't paid for TT as most of his vids are on youtube I believe. I can glean what I want from the web most of the times.

@lovestoclimb & jess: ok, cool, thanks, that's what i do too. i also investigated the 10x10 upper body circuit and will add that into the repetoire. glad to see it isn't really all upper body but full body.
