    Since doing strength training three times a week, my appetite is through the roof. I almost took down a cow driving to work. I am still having trouble adding extra calories..

      strength - as well as moderate size gain.

        Sometimes mine goes mental as well, there is no feeding me at those times. I find that a 24 hour fast gets me back to the normal routine, whether or not that's the best course of action, I don't know.
        Do what you love and do it often. If you don't like something, change it. if you don't like your job, quit. If you don't have enough time, stop watching tv. If you are looking for the love of your life, stop, they will be waiting for you when you start doing the things you love. Stop over analyzing, life is simple. When you eat, appreciate every last bite. Some opportunities only come once, seize them.

          Well, you could just eat more . I'll give you the response that everyone else will give you here... eat more fat. Although I would error on the side of more protein. Throw an extra hunk of beef, chicken or can of tuna in the mix.
