    10/6/11 max bench 175 x 5.....1/28/12 max bench 225 x 7

    That is a 50lbs gain in that movement working bench in a workout 2 times per month.....a bunch of other workouts go into it as well but was just looking at my workout sheets and was happy about this one in particular.

      Damn dude! Nice work! 2 wheel bench for reps, that's huge!


      My goal is to be hit 225x5, I've been stuck at 200-ish for a while now...

        I am at 220......was a 205 but have gained some weight once the lifting got really hard core.

          Nice bench! over bodyweight for 7 reps.

            Another way to look at it is that is almost a 30% increase...Well done!

              Thank you! I am very proud of getting that weight up! My goal though is to have the ability to bench 315 for at least 1 rep....will see how that goes! Bench not the only thing I am after though just something that I took notice to when I was looking at my workout sheets.
