yea. it's one of those where you have to do the thing you will do.
i have to get some more hoops between games, that's it.
usually took me 1- 2 weeks of 2 days a week pickup for 2 hours each time to get in b-ball shape. Just for the running though, even when I was bagged I could still jump. If you're losing your pop, then I'd add some power work.

the other thing is that i have had a constant pain in my left tibia, at the bottom half, at about the quarter point, for more than a month. and this pain feels like it's in the bone, not the muscle, and it hurts whenever i sprint or jump but i don't feel it during the game when i am running warm.
right now i feel it when i'm walking, post game, but i don't usually feel it unless i jump or sprint.
