Saw Mark's blog post today about running. I hate running--kills my knees, but I am intrigued about sprinting.
What is a good sprinting regimen for a beginner? I am 5'9" 140 pounds. 34 yo male. I don't want to overdo it and get discouraged--and/or hurt.
What do you suggest to start out with? Assume I am starting at couch potato level.
