      Two and a half hours digging out the neighbor and her car. At least it warmed up enough for me to go shirtless and get some Vitamin D

          40min more of snow shovel gymnastics today

            Spent about 6.5 hours riding through beautiful, fluffy powder today. Faceshots ftw. I know many would say that snowboarding doesn't count as a workout but my quads sure think it does

            Snow might be a curse to a lot of you, but for those who live in the mountains, it's a blessing

                      Leg Extension 5x1 (50#) 5x1 (62.5#) 5x3 (37.5#)

                      Chest Press 5x5 (70#)

                      Assisted Pullup 5x3 (20#) 5x2 (40#)

                      I really dislike machines....first day in my weight lifting class that we get to try out the machines and establish a program. I am thinking the 5x5 protocol looks good? Need to be able to assess the #weight# better though... In the 5x5, what is the count usually? My teacher gave us a general count of 3-1-4.


                      ~30min. aerobics class

                              was going to 'shred' tonight but i'm gonna get quite a workout with the impending snow disaster about to hit tomorrow. they are projecting up to 18inches for me


                              so most likely yoga tonight to loosen up!
