      Okay, time to issue a public challenge - to myself and to anyone else who wants to join in.

      100 KM IN JUNE!

      I need to do some serious catching up if I'm going to make 1000 km this year, and this is my start. Come join me, peeps!

            • Whoops, looks like I didn't post in April because I'm the worst.

              Anyway:
              April: 77mi or 124km
              May: 58mi or 93km
              YTD: 321mi or 516km
              No disease that can be treated by diet should be treated with any other means.

                • Back from my walking event. I walked 50 km, then I had to quit the "race". I wasn't tired at all, but my legs were not strong enough to walk any longer. I could have done more, but then I am sure I would have injured myself, and that's just not worth it! I will try again next year, with stronger legs! And I have to say that I am very proud of myself. I never walked such a distance in my life, and I had to walk the whole night, and most of the time I walked alone (because I was slower than most of the other people walking with me). No need to worry that I had to drop out!

                  Makes 679.3 km total.

                              BUT I've got a bit of an injury which is preventing me from walking comfortably at the moment, so my participation in the challenge is in suspension. :-(
