    99.6 kms (oh so close to 100) as of Feb 18
    Lost the weight using CW. Now I just want to be healthier.

      Feb 13 - 2.0 miles
      Feb 14 - 3.2 miles
      Feb 15 - 2.1 miles
      Feb 16 - 1.5 miles

      YTD -- 96.4 miles (155.1K)

      Been an up and down week and felt like garbage Thursday so didn't do much else all day except "Rest"
      Re-focusing on the Primal Lifestyle in 2012!

      Starting: 221.0lb, 29.5% BF (1/9/2012)
      Latest: 208.9, 26.1% BF (3/19/2012)

          • Another 8km on 17th Feb. Probably won't get another meaningful walk in til Wednesday as 3yr grandson has been left with us til Tuesday evening.
            Original Goal: To lose weight. Achieved in March 2010
            Long Term Goals: To continue using Primal guidlines to improve fitness and health. To share the Primal message.

                  • Good work, everyone!

                    I felt terrible during the last days due to a cold. Combined with nasty weather I have not much to add, just did a short walk yesterday and a short walk today. Now I am at a total of 121.1 km.
                    I am feeling better now, and I hope to get some more km next week!

                      • Finally got out for a great walk yesterday. Lately, the weather has been really limiting walk time.

                            Feb 20 - 4.0 miles
                            Feb 21 - 3.1 miles
                            Feb 22 - 3.1 miles

                            • Now including myself in the slow movement challenge, my new friend below gets a 1.5 mile walk every morning, now to mention the time spent walking/running/fooling around outside with him in the evening. Hugely rewarding way to get outdoors!
