      • Well the rain finally stopped long enough to get in a 6km walk. It started again just as we got in the gate. Total to date 61 km.
        Original Goal: To lose weight. Achieved in March 2010
        Long Term Goals: To continue using Primal guidlines to improve fitness and health. To share the Primal message.

          • wow... everyone is way ahead of me!! I must admit i've only gotten in the habit of going on regular walks in the last 2 weeks so I have a lot of catching up to do! So far I'm on 22.64km (14.07 miles).

                  Lost the weight using CW. Now I just want to be healthier.
                  Lisa's primal-ish when she feels like it journal.

                    • Added another 4k yesterday, beautiful day for a walk. Still have a lot of catching up to do.

                      • I was about to head out this morning, but it's pouring rain! Being soft and letting that stop me, oh well one more day for the hammy to heal up. It's feeling almost 100% again now.

                        • It was raining this morning so we went for an afternoon walk. Afternoons are not the best time for walking especially after rain. The humidity was really high. Still, we managed to get in 9 km. That's 70 km at 30th Jan.

                          • It is getting really cold now over here. Yesterday and today the temps stayed below freezing, and the next days they could drop to -15 C. I already skipped my walking today, and I guess it won't get better the next days!
                            Today I am at 87.8 km, but check my signature before any update, Buzz!
