Just posting this because my last one sounded like Spam. To be clear, I am in no way affiliated with BER and I am not trying to sell anything. I had just finished a workout and was feeling really flush and got all excited and tried to share.
So in summary, I have recently discovered bodyweight exercises and I am having fun, I have made a lot of progress, I am not turning back. Does anyone else have other bodyweight routines they can point me at? (no need to answer that, the other thread already gave me more than enough for now) I just wanted to post this to clear up the, "I am not spamming point".
