Well, LGN is a good goal...

But since I just became a black belt - passing/getting an excellent score on the ATA Fit Test is my first goal. I would love to be able to score a 600 by this time next year, but that's pretty ambitious. If I get close, I'll be happy!

      1)Check and working on it

      2) 3 hours for the SoCal Mudder (thinking about Seattle in September)

      3) Mostly succeeding here, got some new tendonitis in my formerly healthy knee and sprained my ankle again (ankle is mostly good now)

I've gotten up to 30 seconds for a true L-sit, which is freakin' awesome. Still gonna work towards 60 seconds.

The pullups are gonna take awhile longer, this should be listed as a long term goal.

Another goal I hadn't listed but completed last week was a Handstand Pushup.

      New Goals :

      1) Freestanding Hand Stand (Wall ones are easy but I'm having trouble making the transition)

      2) 5k time sub 20min

      3) Dragon Flag

      4) Back Lever progressions
I didn't like the rules you gave me, so I made some of my own.

Great job on the goals you have accomplished - and nice new ones!

        2 - Human Flag
3 - Ridiculous Six Pack - closer and closer!
4 - Full Ab Rollout with wheel from standing
5 - Handstand & other Yoga poses like Scorpion, Forearm handstand - I love Yoga Balance and Arm-balance poses!
1 - I'm closer, and stronger on that difficult transition - but still not quite where I want to be with that. Basically I want to be able to do at least ONE as smooth as this guy

2 - Blah probably no progress on this one.
        3 - Closer!
4 - Almost full rollout - face is still about 8-10 inches from ground and arms aren't fully extendable. I haven't specifically worked on this, just in keeping my core tight while doing other exercises (pullups, sledgehammer, pushups, running, Lsits, etc)
5 - Lots of arm balance practice but not specifically Handstand or inverted poses. I hurt my wrist shortly after the original post and haven't practiced much because of that.

No new new goals for now - these are still good!
