    Schedule

    Okay the challenge will start I am using the 21 Day Total Body Transformation as a guide. I will start on
    Oct 14,2011 and it will be done on Dec 4. Perfect time to ramp up our fitness and sculpting before Xmas
    Let me know if you are interested!
    1. We will post our before pictures and weight, body fat

    1. We will report daily how the day went and how we did with the goals and questions on the daily log

    1. we will encourage each other to stay with the program, and share WOWs and exercise routines

      I am down. I been back and forth so many times time to do a strict 21 day reset. I am doing this for performance/longevity so i don't really have any weight loss goals if anything i need to add some muscle mass. Also getting off of cigs as part of my 21 day overhaul so it should be interesting.

            Lets go there are a lot more peolpe here ! Lets do this lets beat the toll of overeatiung and gaining 10 pounds by Xmas, Been there done that!

              Heck.. why not. I'll join. I'm primal, but could always use some encouragement and can always do better... currently "out of commission" for LHT due to a disc problem in my back, so the eating component is even more important. Wanted to try a "whole 30" to help keep me on track, so this will work out.

                2011 - The year I went Primal
                Start weight: 198 / Waist: 32"
                CW: 158.5 / Waist: 28"
                GW: 145-ish
                Supplements: Calcium and O-3 in AM. Natural Calm, Valerian Root Extract and sublingual Melatonin in PM (for lifelong chronic insomnia).

                        welcome April

                        Day 2
                        How did everyone do?
                        Did you need to purge your pantry?
                        I really did not , just have some peanaut butter and granola bars in there that shoull go, I did some shopping last might and bought some nice grass fed beef along with some nice organic chicken and pork.
                        I walked a nice long walk on lunch three miles.

                        Today day 2

                        Goals Primal shopping spree
                        Moderate duration workout(I ran three miles before work)
                        Calm Relaxing evening

                        Diet so far this week 10 (perfect)

                        up tomorrow:
                        full length PME workout :

                        Pullup 2 sets
                        Squats 2 sets
                        Pullups two sets
                        Plank 2 sets

                        Play session ( mine is frisbee with dog at park)

                          Well I did pretty good.

                          I only kinda purged my pantry. I have a family with two kids (7 and 6) and my SO. While the SO is supportive they aren't totally going 100% primal with me. Though they are really good about not bringing foods that would be a bigger temptation for me to stay away from.

                          Today was also our shopping day, and we picked up plenty of primal friendly foods. Though I can't do the grass fed meat, just doesn't fit into the budget, but we shopped for the best quality we could.

                          Exercise is my biggest challenge. I'm a returning college student. So between classes and working on homework it's been a challenge for me to find a time in my day to add movement let alone exercise. Things I did do today though: park farther away at school, I did a 10 minute walk between classes, and I made sure to take the stairs.

                            Day (3) three of 28 day Primal challenge

                            Good day yesterday except I had a Fiber one bar last night
                            I need to give them away ( Purge the pantry). Had a glass of wine to celibrate the new grandson !
                            Today is Full length PEM ( Prime essential movements)and a spontaneous play session ( Frisbee with Trevor at the park)

                            PEM today to consist of :
                            Pushups two sets of 50 - 1 minute between sets
                            Squats 50 per set (2) ditto on Rest
                            Pullups 20 per set (2)ditto on Rest

                            Planks ( timed) 2 minutes per set (2)
                            ditto on Rest

                            Theme of the day :
                            Boycott Industrialized food
                            Primal Celebration Dinner planning
