Great interview, his points on consistency and picking drills to build upon in order to achieve certain skills are both great. I also like his stance on cross-training, too many people want to be purists, but if you like more than one style of training (in his case, bodyweight + lifting + grip work) then "do what you like" as he says, and of course, be consistent.
