  • October Challenge

    I'd like to issue a challenge to all my fellow Grokers for the month of October. The challege is this:

    1. 100 pushups per day;
    2. 45 minutes of cardio every second day;
    3. 45 minutes of yoga once per week.

    I will be using P90X's Cardio X disc, and Tony Horton's one-on-one Fountain of Youth Yoga for my part of the challenge. You can do it however you see fit, or is most convenient for you.

    We'll post before/after pics, and have a grand time encouraging each other on to better health and physical fitness.

    Any takers?

      That's a great idea! Thank you for pointing that out. How would you suggest a balance in my challenge then? What would it look like?

        Well first of all, you could not do the cardio x every day. And you can do 100 pushups and 100 pullups to compensate, if you are able. May I suggest more sprints and heavier lifting? :3

          Agreed. As the challenge stands, I'm definitely out.
