@aaron i always dry brine the night before and just put it in a ziploc bag in my fridge then it's perfect the next day. i heated up a cast iron skillet until it smoked and threw the steak on and put it straight under the broiler for 4min on each side. perfect medium rare for an 8oz steak and has that nice char on both sides from the cast iron
The last time I checked in November, max pullups was 17 at once. Haven't tried since - been more focused on endurance through 'greasing the groove'. Gearing up for a great season of ice climbing and all!
