so training while fasting is supposed to burn more fat, right? What about running 5k's & 10k's in a fasted state? Is there a point where exercise in a fasted state doesn't do much good (like fasting beyond 18-24 hrs is not necessarily beneficial), does it make sense what I'm trying to ask here? I am wondering if I'm going to burn more fat in a 2 hour hard exercise span, or if I'm more likely to head toward injury.
