  • Human Flag at Work!

Co-worker and I were bored at lunch one day on our walk so he decided he wanted to film me doing a quick flag in front of the building. Other people walking around gave us some weird looks.

Wish I could do that!! At my age, it's not very likely that it will ever happen. But one can dream ... :-) Nice work!!!

I just started doing Flag work about 2 months ago. It's hard but given enough time and practice even at your age you can probably hold it out for a few. I'm trying to get my co-worker who is around your age there do them. Before he started eating better he couldn't do any pullups. Now he can knock out 10 straight no problem.

Wow, 10 pull ups??? Holy moly! I can do 10 body rows, but the idea of pull ups is quite foreign to me. I've never done one in my life ... at least that I can recall. Well, here's hoping! :-)

Awesome! I don't think I've ever seen a human flag in business clothes before!
