Aw, I bet you would love Crossfit! Why don't you join? I'm planning on it as soon as I get a vehicle. My workouts are primarily met-con, which I now see isn't always ideal...I am going to try for some more heavy lifting, adding weights instead of just relying on the bodyweight. Perhaps I will find some gains...

Didn't she switch to "Urban" from "Byers"? Glad you put that link up, Jess. I joined a Crossfit Gym (Black Hills Crossfit) that just opened, been going 2 + months, and am certainly still a noob. But the info and intensity is great. The guys here are always emphasizing the olympic lifts, and I plan to start the new year building strength with dead lifts, various squats, and cleans and such.
For a year, I'd been doing "crossfit inspired" workouts at home, watching videos on line, checking out different work out ideas like on MDA, etc. But once I hit he Crossfit Gym, I sure took it up a level from what I was doing at home.
