Hello everyone. I'm just starting to get on the bandwagon and trying to live more primal. I had a question about my fitness, though. I work on a loading dock where I am on my feet for 9 or so hours a day. At least six of that is walking from one tractor trailer to another and the rest of the time I spend on a stand-up forklift. In your opinion(s), would that count towards the 3-5 hours of moving at a slow pace that Mark recommends? Any thoughts or answers are welcome. Thanks! - James
