I seem to have consistent DOMS in hamstring and glutes on Sundays. Both weeks I did a pretty whicked KB session with an added one-legged deadlift (wee!) on Friday afternoons (4-5 pm), and HIIT spinning on Saturday ~ 7 am. I am trying to figure out which one makes all the right impression on my backside. I am thinking KB's, because iirc bike was all about inner/out thighs and quads?
