I just read an article on the Fitness Black Book site, by Rusty Moore about the above workout. Basically its 8 separate stations where the Tabata protocol is used for each station. So you would be doing a total of about 32 minutes of exercise, albeit, very intense exercise. I would imagine this is done on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule, but I'm not sure. All of the exercises seemed to be full body, function type, such as Dumbbell Thrusters and other Crossfit type fare. Does this sound too intense for a "lift heavy things" day?
