  • cardio exercise spread out over the course of the day

    what if I workout 10 mins of every 6 hours, for a total for 60 mins every day of "moving slowly"

    my resting heart rate is pretty damn low, so I need to at least jog to get it up. is my strategy ok?

      No, from all I've read, each bout of moving slowly should be at least 20 min, preferably 30 min or more
