    I thought I would pass this along in case anyone might be interested. You may be familiar with the "7 Weeks to 100 Push-Ups" or "7 Weeks to 50 Pull-ups" programs. Well the author of the pull-ups program has just launched a new bodyweight program called "7 Weeks to Getting Ripped". The book doesn't come out until next year but the program is being released on his website a little at a time. Right now the prep program and the Level 1 program is there.
