    I know its been mentioned multiple times here, but for anyone who has not yet stumbled across this site, you should totally check it out. BODYROCK.tv | Fitness Advice, Workout Videos, Health & Fitness | Bodyrock.tv It's fantastic. Lots of interval/HIIT stuff, lots of body weight stuff along w/ a bit of sandbag use. I'm someone who gets bored easily, and what I love about this site is that there are new workouts on an almost daily basis. Pretty awesome, and hard to get bored when you're doing these. Short and sweet and intense for the most part. As a female, I also love that its run by a (physically fit) woman.

    Just wanted to plug it in case you've missed it--absolutely worth checking out!!!

    (Other favorites of mine for workout ideas are Al Kavadlo's awesome site Al Kavadlo – We're Working Out!, PBF and the WOW's, and bodyweight exercises, bodyweight workouts just fyi!)

    Here's an alternative view of Zuzana. Fembots I don't find her ripped or super strong, just extremely lean with fake boobs.

      She's way too lean ... that combined with the fake boobs and cultivated eastern european accent ruins it for me. I don't want to support her business.

        Here comes the hate again. Jeez - "cultivated eastern european accent" - huh?! She's from The Czech Republic.

        I've been following Zuzana's workouts for a while now. The workouts are fantastic full-body workouts you can do at home, which I do. I haven't got a sandbag yet though. A year ago Zuzana was not as lean and cut as she is today, so we've been able to see her own results as she has gotten more into kettle bells and sandbag weights.

        Directing new people to her site and videos is not about directing people to look like her, talk like her, promote fake boobs, or see whether you are attracted to her. The point is to see what kind of exercises she does and motivate other people to do them.

          I agree HillSideGina. Her workout routines are challenging. For anyone that is looking for something new in fitness, I think her site is a good start. I also happen to think she looks great. Although the boobs are a bit much, she has a great body in my opinion.

              Yes, she is another example of a woman that looked incredible when natural, but then felt the need to get implants. I guess the competitiveness of the porn industry may have been the reason.

                For anyone who knocks this woman for being "to lean" or having fake breasts is fucking retarded. She obviously eats well, and puts the time in the gym.

                  I'm sorry, Bostonbully, did something upset you today? People can disagree. I don't think she looks she looks "super strong" as the OP said. I think she looks artificial.

                    I believe it's actually "Haters gon' hate." HA! Kidding.

                    I love her workouts and I think she's adorable. I always think the workouts *look* so sad though. She's giving it her all, with just her and her filmographer husband in their quiet house, nothing but the sound of her Reeboks clicking on the cheap laminate floor and the occasional slightly-sexual, Monica Seles-esque grunting. I must be too much of a gym bunny because I don't think I could get motivated to work out in those conditions. I've taken her workouts into the gym or the park before though. Good stuff.

                    I actualy know a lot of personal trainers/gym owners/fitness company owners who snatch Zuzanna's workouts of the day and take their clients or training groups through them. I just saw one gal advertise a TRX/Bodyrock/Spin/Yoga combo class (?!) on her gym's Facebook feed.

                      Totally uncalled for Abu Reena. I honestly think she should eat a bit more, since i personally thing women look healthier with more body fat. But her workouts look legit, and she is probably going to remain in that shape for a long time.

                              Well, she is definitely "ripped" by my standards, and seems quite strong. (I can tell by what she does in her workouts that she is stronger than myself.) We all have our own opinions of what 'ripped' and 'strong' are. Didn't mean to turn anyone off by that at all. (When I think 'ripped', I do personally think of low bodyfat combined w/ lean muscle--not saying I'm going for that look, but that's what I think of when hearing the term--definition matters...Actually, my husband thinks she looks "disgusting" so I get that that look is not pleasing to everyone.) What I was really referencing with the "ripped/super strong" description is that I *like* that the workouts and the site are run by a woman, who is also physically fit. (I think it is clear by seeing her perform that what she does is working for her.) I personally really enjoy getting some sweet workout ideas from another woman, as so many of the resources primal folks seem to share and utilize are created by men.

                              THIS. IMO, the workouts rock, in a very "primal" way. I, like a pp, think she's "adorable". I personally don't have the desire to have such low bodyfat or fake boobs BUT I can really appreciate the quality, varied, almost daily workouts she puts up *for free* on her site. I can also appreciate that health/fitness is important to her and that she wants to (so freely) share what works for her with others.

                              Anyway, if you're looking for another resource for workout inspiration, I say check this out! I know nothing about her past, nor do I care. What she is offering to the fitness world _for free_ is valuable to me and I'm sure many other folks out there.

                              I do want to mention that in the pic on the link you shared (which is also on her blog), she does looks extremely lean--moreso than she does in her videos to me (because of the poses she's in I think). Yes, she's quite thin/has super low bodyfat. But I honestly think she's quite strong. Being able to do *any* pull ups is a measure of basic strength in my opinion, which she is clearly able to do: http://www.bodyrock.tv/2009/06/10/bo...grip-pull-ups/ Again, I guess it all depends on how you define strength...I'm editing my original post to make sure my true intentions are clear...I sure don't think anyone should strive for a bodyfat level that would be unhealthy for them, (and I don't know that Zuzana does that at all.) I just think the workouts are great and well aligned w/ the PB fitness philosophy, and I do like her delivery of them and think she's a very helpful resource to those of us looking to try new workouts.
