        For me it just took time... didn't rush it... tried to get stonger, faster, flexible, ripped, etc all at once. Took me like 2 years...

          You probably want to consider taking the diet soda out of your menu. Even artificial sweeteners can trigger insulin in some people.

            I agree, I don't think age matters.
            180lbs at 6' is certainly not overweight, and when you're at a healthy weight already, losing the last bit of belly fat really only comes down to diet. I would try eliminating dairy and seeing what kind of results you get.

              (Whiny Voice) But I dont want to give up dairy!!! LOL! Thanks secretlobster, I think I will try that. I wish this photo of me would get approved so you can see my body comp. and see if losing 10lbs of fat would have me totally ripped. It is hard to look at yourself sometimes and figure out how you "really" look. I need harsh feedback. =)

                        You look great!

                        IF has worked for me. Lean Saloon is my fave IF blog. Simple and straightforward. No calorie-counting.

                        Try eating 2 meals a day, no snacking.

                            You know, I have dabbled with IFing but I am going to checkout this Blog and see what happens. I feel great and am very happy with my progress so far but I want to work through this plateau and try and lose 10 more pounds of fat. Thanks for your feedback.

                              Is there anyone out there that has broken through that funky plateau when you only need to lose about 10 more pounds of fat? I like the Lean Saloon Blog but am wondering if I need to focus more on diet or exercise or both?? Thanks in advance!
