Back to the forum topic, I am currently following my modified version of the sample 50 Day Program from RossTraining.com 's Infinite Intensity. I think it embraces and expresses many of the same fitness concepts as MDA, to wit; Brief, frequent, intense, varied.
Anyone here live in or near Glen Cove, New York ?
