When I go out for my run/walks I'm aiming to keep my hr around or below 130bpm I walk the hills in my neighborhood - b/c when I run them my HR jumps upto 165/170bpm. my max hr for a HIIT session is 180bpm, though I have a hard time reaching it...since I have a low resting HR
