I've been eating primal now for about 3 months. It's going really great! I've lost somewhere around 10lbs (I don't weigh myself regularly). My problem is working out. I really like to work out it's just I am having a problem getting going. I have a lot of weight to lose so low impact is good. I like to sprint it just hurts my knees a lot so I think I need to lose some more weight before I do that. I don't have anyone to hold me acountable either which doesn't help. Any ideas on how to begin a workout routine? Also I'm a stay at home mom to a one year old so he doesn't exactly make it easy.
