  • Can I substitute the PBF exercises?

    So I hate the shoulder progression on pbf. I admit that the later stages (handstands) would be fun, but I'm not there yet.
    My question is this: can I substitute the early stuf with slightly more fun things like crawling backwards up a hill or throwing rocks?

    Also, can anyone think of any other fun exercises to sub in for the big 5? I just get so bored!
    In all of the universe there is only one person with your exact charateristics. Just like there is only one person with everybody else's characteristics. Effectively, your uniqueness makes you pretty average.

    You can do whatever you want, including not getting bored
    Four years Primal with influences from Jaminet & Shanahan and a focus on being anti-inflammatory. Using Primal to treat CVD and prevent stents from blocking free of drugs.

    Eat creatures nose-to-tail (animal, fowl, fish, crustacea, molluscs), a large variety of vegetables (raw, cooked and fermented, including safe starches), dairy (cheese & yoghurt), occasional fruit, cocoa, turmeric & red wine
