  • Need help choosing an exercise

Well I'm off to the gym in a bit and I need help choosing an exercise. My main thing today will be dips, but I hate wasting time between the sets.
I did squats, pullups and the different types of plank yesterday so can anyone think of a body part/exercise that wouldn't be affected by what I've already done or the dips?

Maybe some lunges or leg lifts?

Not really... maybe some shrugs, calves and upper back work.

My range of motion in my shoulders sucks too much for arnold presses. I ended up mistakenly doing a tricep exercise.

It's a good time to stretch or do some mobility/prehab work.

I second this. Start doing some shoulder dislocates. They have helped my OH press and my cleans and I can nearly do a complete OH squat. Definitely worth getting the range of motion because it enables you to do more and costs you nothing.
