what do you think about this latest article at fitnessblackbook? I always thought Rusty to be a smart guy and mostly on point but this makes me really doubt it. Basicly he tells us to eat BMR-400-500kcal to lose weight... i mean id have to eat 800 kcal + work out to lose weight. id probably die.
