I am new to primal living and was wondering if anyone would share their workout plan. Currently, I am working out at home until I gain access to the university gym where I am working on my post-bacc. I walk for 30-45 min a day, followed by push-ups (3 sets of 10 reps), sprinting every other day (20 secs/3 trials) and 50 jumping jacks after my walk. I plan on adding burpees and modifying my sprints to Tabata.
Is there anything else I can do at home?
Some extra info: I have 10 lb weights and I'm a student, so I'm on a budget.
