Before going primal every time I worked out something on my body was sore. Even if it was something Ive done for years. I even got sore doing yoga which I have practiced for 4 years. Now I can lift really heavy weights and Im barely sore if sore at all. I can work the heck outta my legs and before I wouldnt be able to sit or move but now Im fine. Is this normal? Is this happening to anyone else?
