    I never trained for a One Arm PU or a One Armed Pullup, I just found I could do them one day lol, but had only done like a month of Parkour training beforehand =O
    Natural strength maybe?

    Good progressions though =)

      Mattman, Parkour is an excellent workout for your entire body and certainly primal! It would say without a doubt that the strength, balance, and core strength built from practicing Parkour helped a ton in being able to perform both exercises.

        After a month though of practising? Even to someone like me that's ridiculous lol.
        I've been doing it for over 2 and a half years now =). Learning new things about my body everyday.
        I'll have to post up a vid soon of my planche progression, I can taste straddle planche now =D

          There are other factors as well, such as athletic back ground, body weight, strength to body weight ratio etc. Some people are naturally gifted athletes.
