The last few weeks, sporadically after we get home from our workout my feet will cramp up. It's painful, my big toe is pulled down and I'm writhing around trying to massage it out, while DH decides if he should call the pound to wrangle a wild animal or get out the dart gun to tranq me.
The thing is, this isn't right away, this is about an hour after we get back. I've replenished some fluids, showered, started making a meal, possibly snacked on some almonds.
What am I missing nutritionally or what am I doing wrong to cause this? The workout is mainly sprints or running a mile, with some push-ups before.
